I've been coming here for service since my VW Passat has been out of warranty. They are totally hassle free and their pricing is way less than VW service but using all the same genuine parts, oils, filters etc. I was worried my brake pads / discs needed to be changed and instead of just agreeing and changing them they checked them over and told me the rear would last 10k more and front till the next service and to come back in 5,000ks and they would check on and advise again. That's a level of honesty I have never gotten from a mechanic before.

I had an issue with my car which other mechanics couldn't find whats wrong and they quoted me ridiculous numbers for diagnosing and may fixing the issue. Matt drove with my car for 2 minutes, spotted the issue and fixed it for an incredible price in a very short timr.

I took my 2015 Audi S3 to these guys for its 4th year major service. Audi quoted me 2300 these guys charged 1200. They instantly picked up on a failure of my AWD haldex pump and with the benefit of hindsight, it hadn't been working for over 2 years as that's how long I had been getting front wheel slippage on acceleration and also significant lag. In this time, I had taken the car into Audi for its year 2 and 3 services and they hadn't picked it up. Now my car accelerates like a boss again and it's like having a brand new car. If you don't have a service plan with Audi, don't waste your time with them. Bring your car to these experts. It won't void your warranty, they are significantly cheaper and better.
