I have read some of these reviews. Some of you are kooks and serial complainers, who I wouldn't invite into my home or business. Your reviews read like the ramblings of cheapskates who are not prepared to pay the costs of maintaining vehicles, thus shouldn't own vehicles. I'll bet you've all written complaints about very workshop in Brisbane. I've been to every independent BMW workshop in south-east QLD and this one is on-par with the best of them. Some of you could stand to launch into online hate speech with less enthusiasm.

Joe is so knowledgeable about these cars and can explain things in great detail. He has never been pushy or over-sold on what needs doing. On several occasions I've had things that didn't seem right with my car (in between scheduled services) and he's told me to just drop in for him to check it out, at no charge. They topped up some fluids for me just this afternoon, even though my car is due to be serviced shortly. Such a lovely person to deal with, and very well priced, high-quality workmanship.
