They instantly picked up on a failure of my AWD haldex pump and with the benefit of hindsight, it hadn't been working for over 2 years as that's how long I had been getting front wheel slippage on acceleration and also significant lag. In this time, I had taken the car into Audi for its year 2 and 3 services and they hadn't picked it up. Now my car accelerates like a boss again and it's like having a brand new car. If you don't have a service plan with Audi, don't waste your time with them. Bring your car to these experts. It won't void your warranty, they are significantly cheaper and better.

They are totally hassle free and their pricing is way less than VW service but using all the same genuine parts, oils, filters etc. I was worried my brake pads / discs needed to be changed and instead of just agreeing and changing them they checked them over and told me the rear would last 10k more and front till the next service and to come back in 5,000ks and they would check on and advise again. That's a level of honesty I have never gotten from a mechanic before.

For a while now I have been contemplating getting a Stage-1 tune. Whether to go Off the Shelf (OTS) or custom will come down to preference.
Based in Melbourne, and highly recommended from numerous other parties I decided to head down to UGP, for a Stage-1 ECU & TCU tune. These guys are not a 15min plugnplay, off you go bunch. My car was booked in for 2hrs, however took 5hrs to get the job done AND
they delivered, exactly what they promised. Approximately +50wkW of GAINZZZ. The car feels completely different. Shifts later in Race mode, and keeps pulling all the way to redline. Whats even better is that Stage-1 peak boost is lower than most OTS Stage-1 tunes, which means they are not just increasing to get you power. Which is better and safer on a stock block, IMO.
If you are on the fence with OTS tune or Custom (and in Melbourne), head down, you will not be disappointed.
Great work and thanks UGP. I will definitely be seeing you guys in a few weeks For Stage-2, once turbo back exhaust and intercooler is installed.

I have owned nearly a dozen M3s and there are only a trusted few who I would have work on them. I would trust this team with my most precious 30+ year old collectible vehicles.
I have read some of these reviews. Some of you are kooks and serial complainers, who I wouldn't invite into my home or business. Your reviews read like the ramblings of cheapskates who are not prepared to pay the costs of maintaining vehicles, thus shouldn't own vehicles. I'll bet you've all written complaints about very workshop in Brisbane. I've been to every independent BMW workshop in south-east QLD and this one is on-par with the best of them. Some of you could stand to launch into online hate speech with less enthusiasm.

What a great service and feedback from them. They broke down the problems and how to correctly diagnose the issue, turned out to be a faulty water sensor valve. Car is back to running normal. Great people to deal with.
