They are totally hassle free and their pricing is way less than VW service but using all the same genuine parts, oils, filters etc. I was worried my brake pads / discs needed to be changed and instead of just agreeing and changing them they checked them over and told me the rear would last 10k more and front till the next service and to come back in 5,000ks and they would check on and advise again. That's a level of honesty I have never gotten from a mechanic before.

The company charged me less than half of what I had been paying elsewhere in Adelaide (with no results), and got my car back to me within a week which in my experience was weeks faster than any other VW garage I've used (one in Unley, the other in Mile End).
